Can I request the service history for my vehicle?

We don’t store servicing records centrally at Ford South Africa, however, we do recommend buyers and sellers pass on the Service Portfolio to help maintain a record of servicing. The servicing dealership should have a record of the service history and customers should speak to the servicing dealership if this information is missing from their vehicle documents.

Authorised Ford Repairers may store servicing records that they can access, but this will depend on the processes of each individual dealership. Speak with the Service Department who will do their best to help.
